Refund & Exchange Policy

At Fruits Dye, every piece is handmade with care, so each item is truly one of a kind 💛

Refunds & Exchanges We currently don’t offer refunds or exchanges except in the following cases:

  • There’s a mistake from our side with the colors, or

  • The item arrives with a defect or damage.

⚠️ Important Notice: If you wish to refuse or return your order, this must be done immediately in front of the courier at the time of delivery. Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted, and we cannot process any refunds or returns afterward.

Delivery Time For tie-dye products, please allow 5–7 days for your order to be prepared and delivered, as each piece is handmade specifically for you.

About Our Handmade Tie-Dye All our tie-dye pieces are made by hand, which means no two items are ever exactly the same. When placing your order, please note:

  • The pattern and color placement may vary from the photos.

  • The exact shades and color intensity might differ slightly.

This is part of what makes handmade tie-dye special—each piece is unique and created just for you. These natural variations are not considered defects.
